- I’ve collaborated with Mr. Dong as a colleague for many years. When he became Director, Head of Digital & B2B2C at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC in 2020, I had just established Staylab, offering UX/Product Design outsourcing services. Mr. Dong decided to hire my team as Generali’s design partners.

- The design tasks for Generali’s product ecosystem in 2020 were quite diverse, with multiple work phases throughout the year. Some tasks had to be put on hold due to the integration process from web to app.

- The highlight was the GenClaim project – redesigning Generali’s insurance claim process. Since insurance claims are a highly sensitive customer experience, our team was given full responsibility from Research through to Design implementation.
